Lisa Maselli is currently pursuing her MSc in Food and Nutrition at Brescia University College at the University of Western Ontario, which is where she completed her undergraduate studies in nutrition and dietetics. Her research under the guidance of Dr. Sharareh Hekmat focuses on probiotics in fermented dairy products.
Lisa plans on a career as a Registered Dietitian and looks forward to promoting and improving health through nutrition. In addition to her studies, she is involved with the local branch of The Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals. Her interests include recreational tennis, watching hockey, and hoping for a win from the Toronto Maple Leafs.
